Been a patient of Dr. Pullen for 20 years. Would not go anywhere else. Great dentist and staff.

My daughter had a cleaning scheduled, which she showed up for on time. She was informed once in the dental chair that her dentist wasn't there, she'd be seeing another dentist. She asked if that dentist was covered under her insurance and was assured that he/she was indeed covered. Well, that was a lie. She started getting bills for the cleaning which should have been covered under our insurance. In the midst of trying to get this settled, this office sent her account to a collections agency!!! The office help has been very rude and unhelpful in this situation. I would recommend not using this office!!!
