No zero... Had to give a 1 rating. They know Goodman but Goodman does'nt show them as a Goodman dealer. Is it a goodman thing or a Keller thing. No one will take responsibility for a Goodman System manufaturer defect. Goodman tells me to call the people who installed the unit. Keller want me to call the manufacurer(Goodman). In my experiance Goodman does not stand behind or just don't care about customers. Hope if you buy a Goodman it's a good one or your just completely OUT OF LUCK! the unit is 9 months old and the technition told me the pipe were nstalled at the factory touching each other causing refrigerant to leak out. Keller offered no help, DON'T CARE. Goodman offered no help, DONTCARE！！
