General Info

I provide counseling to adults, children, couples, and family. My focus is to help clients that suffer from anxiety, codependency, divorce, depression, eating disorders, grief, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, and stress management. Each session is tailored towards the client's goals, personality, and strengths. I use an eclectic approach. An eclectic approach means that I use a variety of methods, principles and philosophies to create a treatment plan specific to my client's needs. Generally, I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy techniques.
