This is the least professional company I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. They lost my order and had not ordered my flowers a week prior to my wedding. The day of the wedding the flowers arrived late. I called to inquire where the flowers were the woman was very nonchalant in her response, stated she could not contact the driver, and it wasn't her issue she only works on Saturdays. Additionally, the order was incorrect.

My husband sent me roses for our anniversary.They arrived about 4:45p.m.(He called the order in at 8:00 a.m.)The flowers were wide open,no buds.I left them at work. When I came back the next day, the roses were open,drooping and petals were falling off. I called to let them know and was told "that's how that type of rose does". I let them know that was unacceptable and they delivered me new ones, which promptly died as well. I wouldn't use them again because the staff was quite haughty and rude and the quality of the flowers was poor.
