Rude and inconsiderate to the people that work during the week and can't take off between the hours of 8 & 5. I just wanted to see one house and they couldn't accommodate. They must not be very hungry. I won't call again.

I rented a property from this company last year. I always paid my rent on time, and hardly ever bothered them to fix anything and took care of it myself. I treated the place like I owned it. The few times I did ask them for anything, I was given an attitude and slow response to the issue. Even the people that owned the house was cancelling their contract with the company cause they were unhappy with how they handled things. When I moved out, I put a 30 day notice in and cleaned the house, cleaned the carpet, repaired holes from hanging pictures, had the lawn cared for after I moved out. I took pictures of the house after the cleaning. It looked great!! Ready to move in! After having to call them 3 times for my deposit back, they deducted 1/3 of my deposit, saying that they had to clean the carpets and make repairs. Almost $300 to sweep a floor??? I do not recommend this property management company to anyone!

This is by far the best property Managment and real estate agent in the area. David was terrific in helping me close on my home and when I needed a company to manage the rental has done a terrific job handling any problems effeciently and at a terrific cost. He has his own people who do any repairs and fixes that are necessary so the cost is very reasonalbe. They are simply the best I have seen. - Pearce (HB CA)
