For the most part I like Earth Touch. I can get organic plants, however, they do not "stand behind" their guarantee. Very disappointed. The owner really lacks in customer service skills, especially when you are trying to get a "guaranteed" replacement.

They say they stand behind their products, but when you hold them to it they get very angry!!!

Earth Touch is a fantastic garden center. It is alway clean and well managed. Everything I buy there grows well. I have shopped with Russell Houser, owner, now since he opened 17 years ago. I think people should remember to shop the local stores and support small businesses.

Earth Touch is a fantastic garden center. They have a wide variety of plants and the employees are always ready to help. I love to visit just to look at the beautiful plants. The prices are reasonable too. I also have good luck in my plants growing. If Earth Touch does not have something, just ask Mr. Houser. He is so helpful in finding plants and giving valuable information to make my garden a success! I don't understand the other rating about the telephone. I never have any trouble getting in touch with them.

What are their hours?! I've been trying to call them but keep getting a busy signal.
