I brought my s6 in a month ago to have my battery changed. Weeks went by with no calls. Every time I called the store the man acted as if he was busy,but would sure to return my call. One day I decided just to retrieve my phone and just accept that my time had been wasted,but when I got there they couldnt find my phone. After about 20 minutes or so it magically appeared and to my dismay I found out they broke my LCD and refuse to repair the damages they caused to it.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

As a person with strong christian values, I strongly do not recommend this store. Bottom line, after 5 visits to the store dealing with the same person over a time frame of 2 months, on my 6th visit to retrieve my phone fixed or not the owner squints his eyes and says "what phone?" He claimed that he had never seen me before and asked me to prove that I left a phone. The first time i went, they claimed that they did not give receipts, and placed my phone number on a sticky and placed it on the back of my phone. That should have drawn the red flag for me. I am really writing this review to warn others to MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU A RECEIPT NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY(especially if you leave your phone over night) because I was stupid and believed the nonsense they were telling me about no receipt although my gut feeling told me otherwise, they ended-up taking my $250 phone and i had no evidence to back it up. Lesson learned. But honestly dont give them a chance to pull this off again. 0 *

Poor service. Took them 6 times to fix a cracked screen. First time they put the wrong screen in it. Very rude. Never answers phones/ return phone calls. And when they say that they will have it fixed that same day. Don't hold your breath. Been going on for 2 months to fix my screen.

They gave me 15 for my phone went back the next week it was in the window for 225. What a profit for them.......

This is the worst business ive ever dealt with. They have had my phone since April 21, 2011, and the date is now JUNE 2! They told me about and week or two to recieve the part, and they would have it fixed that same day. They never called. I called for about 2 weeks straight and it just kept going to voicemail, so i decided to WASTE MY GAS and go up to the store, to see a sign that said : "Be back june 1". they just left. They didnt give a reason, they didnt put anything on their answering machine. They just stopped showing up. Yesterday, (JUNE 1) they are still not back. I would NOT go to this business. They are very unreliable and have been reported to the BBB. So if youre reading this cell phone doctor, i would really like my 500 dollar cell phone back.

he was great I broke my screen then droped it in the tolit!!! I took it to him and it looks new now! He was very nice and made sure I knew what I needed and how much it was. How long it would take. You would never know I ever broke it or droped it in the tolit!! Thanks Cell Doc!
