Our first experience with H. C. Blake was this month and I can honestly say I wish we had used their services before. The two gentlemen who came out for a review of our HVAC were Eric J. and Billy H. and they were very courteous as well as very knowledgeable. They diagnosed our problem and made a recommendation that was very reasonable and met our needs. We signed the purchase request for a new HVAC system and the nest day Johnny and Dylan were at our house promptly and installed our new purchase. As before, they were also very knowledgeable and very courteous. They answered all of our questions as did Eric and Billy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks and I can see we will be using them in the future.

Rocky, the tech from H. C. Blake, checked and serviced our heating and cooling unit this afternoon. Everything was done in a professional manner. Work was needed to get the unit ready for winter. He gave us the estimate, we approved the repairs, he did the work promptly. We have used H. C. Blake for some years now and are happy with their service.

These folks have been doing our work at home for the past 15 years and we are currently involved in the construction of a new home. We received the price up front, the work has been performed in a timely manner, and we have always been satisified with their work. Friends of ours used another service, who indicated they would need a completely new system, as it was not economical to repair the existing system, they then called Blake and the problem was repaired for less than $200.

Do not use H.C. Blake for your electrical needs unless you are willing to supervise entire time. Technician "started clock" before arriving. Total time after phone call from dispatcher saying tech "could not find house" to completion of job was 45 minutes, just to connect some loose wiring, yet charged for entire time spent "lost and looking" for house, which is not 3 miles from headquarters. Also technician spent time running to the bathroom to stretch out hours paid. Confirms every bad thing I have heard about this company, I am just sorry that I decided to give them a try.
