I've been calling this store call will go through and if I'm online holding for a long time it will rain and hang up in my face is I'm the only one its doing it too cuz I been calling for days

I purchased a bedroom set on march 10 ,2010 and it was suspose to be in within 2-4 weeks so i waited paitently and after i hadn't recieved a call saying that it would be longer than the 6th of april which was the delivery date so i called ashley furniture to see when would it be in so the lady told me apirl 29th okay so today is april 28 and i called and now it wont be in until may 20th i dont think u should have to wait that long for something that you have paid for i wanted to purchase a livingroom set for my den but this wait has changed my mind and i love the furniture they carry it's in every room in my house except my den i just dont like the wait period

PLEASE do your research on this company before you buy! Type in COMPLAINTS FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE into google and you will be AMazed at the response you get. I had to learn the hard way and now I got stuck with a horribly made, falling apart fake leather sofa. It is a terrible company, and once they get your money it is too late. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

Have ordered from them on two occasions. Both delivered before quoted time of 6 weeks. Second time table arrived damaged and I had a brand new table within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service and quick delivery! Would buy from again.

I ordered my furniture, paid it in full, and it took me 3 months to get it! And then I only got it a piece at a time! Be aware when you are dealing with them! warranty......what warranty?????? check it out very carefully!

Best prices in town, however salesperson quoted May 14 delivery date; furniture delivered on June 1st.

I oorder a living room sofa and love seat , was told by sales person they would be del. in 1 week NO PPROBLEM, reread contract better found out she put down two weeks , called del. department ,was told it would be more like three weeks if they get there order by than ?? Just moved from out of state and have no living room furniture!!!!!
