This is a terrible place. The lizards are in extremely small set ups with no water and broken, bleeding skin. Also the fish are neglected. I counted at least 1 dead fish in each freshwater set up. Dead fish which were being eaten by what fish were still alive. I wish somebody would shut them down

Love this place!! I finally found a place the knows how to groom a shih tzu. After my dog was cut and abused by club pet I took her to pet palace. The groomer was so nice and knowledgeable and my dog loves her!! I will definitely be back.

Hey guys! Thank u so much 4 my 2 pet boa's! I love them and it seemed kind of silly 2 change their names, so they are still Mowgli and Kaa! I think that sounds nice Mowgli and Kaa Heflin. Thanks again! We will be back 2 get more things and maybe more animals! Lol.

My husband and I take our German Shepard to Pet Palace once a month. We drop her off and a few hours later when we pick her up she looks great. She smells wonderful, her nails are trimmed, her pads are sanded and her coat is shiny. Plus she looks cute with the scarf that they put around her neck every time she's been there. In the past, we would bathe our dog at home (what a chore) and the results were not as good. For less than $40.00, it is well worth the price to let a professional do it.

I LOVE this place!! i bought 2 dogs here and have several friends who have and they are the best place. they don't carry puppies anymore but the people are so sweet and my dogs love to go there!!

It looks like they have had time to perfect their grooming skills. I took my dog there after trying at least 3 other groomers in the area over the years. I was expecting a shave and yes a shave is a shave. It was the other things that impressed me. The paws were excellent! Nails perfectly trimmed, teeth brushed, ears plucked, and the "sanitary groom" was perfect! Not only was everything even but its the attention to detail that impressed me so much. The matted hair in her paw pads spotless, each bend or fold of her skin I could tell had been addressed. If you own a fur ball like me you know how hard that is. The extra touches like smelling like a puppy and a bandana and bow to match, tops this place off from any other!! I will say one maybe two of the younger male employees could be taught a little professionalism. Im glad when I arrived I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable people. I wouldnt have left her with he other guy, for fear that he would have lost her in his cheese puffs

We took our St. Bernard to Pet Palace to get him groomed today. The groomer cut him so badly, they had to take him to a vet to get the wound sutured and stapled up. Because of their actions, we had to pay a $300 dollar vet bill as well as the $80 grooming fee. They made us sign a waiver against "nicks and cuts" before they groomed him. I'm fairly sure a nick or cut shouldn't lead to a emergency vet visit and him having to be sedated to treat the injury. Feel free to share this with all of your friends and do NOT go to PET PALACE. Others have had problems here too.

The two times I took my dog there my dog came back a disaster. Even when the owner groomed my dog he was cut lopsided and uneven.
