Thanks for your great presentation and i have a this quality site here has many on-line support BBQ is one of the best foods in the world. It is famous to the Australian. It is food which found in winter. The Australian people use this food in various occasions. Went to Village Fireplace and purchased a peterson gas log set for my existing fireplace. Kevin the owner was very knowledgable about the products. Along with his technician Matt the set up and customer service was excellent and am happy with my new addition to my fireplace! I did have some trouble with my remote start but they did come back and fixed the problem. Have had them also service my BBQ grill and although a bit pricy for service my grill does actually cook more evenly and hotter. I guess you get what you pay for in the end! Thanks Village Fireplace!

I have been a customer for over 25 years but am now very dissatisfied with their service.I purchased a large gas log set which was in stalled by them. However, the remotes are fragile and finicky. I had much trouble trying to get them to return my calls for annual routine cleaning and to repair the year old remote. Weeks went by with numerous calls on my part and no replies. Several times they did not show at the house during the scheduled time. When they finally came, they charged $200 for the service and merely taped the wires of the remote with electrical tape. Two weeks later it stopped working again. It then took me a month and one no-show without a follow up phone call to be told that they had basically done me a service by not charging for taping the wires and that the unit needed to be re-wired and that would nickel and dime me for another $150. This is no way to treat loyal customers -or should I say "former" customers. They have turned their back on service!!!!
We were looking to buy a gas fireplace and our contractor sent us to Village Fireplace. They had many different fireplaces to look at and we were given a great deal of information. We purchased a Heat & Glo direct vent gas fireplace and are very satisfied.
Great shop, very knowledgeable. I wanted a gas fireplace but new nothing about them. These people explained everything about them in great detail, showed me all the differences. Now I'm ready to go back and buy.

Tremedous selection of BBQs! I didnt know where to begin! The person who assisted me knew the models inside and out and helped me choose the grill that best fit my needs and budget. I was consulted not sold which was very nice.
