Established as family practice/ general medicine since 1996 has provided healthcare to more than 50000 patients in all ages from new born to senior citizens of our community. We offer the State approved eligibility program also known as PE, BCEDP, CHDP, SOFP and other medicaid services that they are free for participant. With PE you can receive services for miscarriage or abortion immediately and for free. Any California resident who believes that they are pregnant and whose family income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level is eligible for this program. With SOFP you can receive services for contraception immediately and for free. With BCEDP OR EWC patient can get FREE MAMOGRAM and pap smear.
