I founded The Law Office of James Jay Byrne in 1988 after I spent many years acquiring experience as a partner with Root, Roberts & Byrne, P.C. of Huntington, New York. Today I continue to offer high quality legal advice to the Long Island area regarding probate, wills, trusts, estates, personal injury, real estate and elder law matters in every level of the state and federal courts.
