First Federal Savings Bank became a stock institution on June 27, 1995. In 1995 Northeast Indiana Bancorp was formed as a Delaware corporation for the purpose of issuing common stock. First Federal is a full-service banking institute offering a complete line of banking needs for business and consumer clients. Throughout the years the bank has served the community and encouraged its employees to be involved in various capacities of community activism and service. Many First Federal employees are associated with a variety of organizations, including Rotary, Optimist, Kiwanis, YMCA, Huntington County Leadership, Lime City Economic Development, Habitat for Humanity, ABWA, United Way, American Red Cross, and Huntington College, just to name a few. The bank is headquartered in Huntington, Ind.
