Love it!! I love her boot camps and when I trained in private with Tracy. She has exercises that made me lean and strong and I feel great. I am able to keep in shape too.

I love her boot camps. Tracy and janeen are great teachers. I have seen great results, especially in my bottom and abs. The areas I wanted. The girls in class are fun too. Try it

Tracy Knows her stuff. Great trainer. She really does understand and know the Core muscles and how to work them and gain the strength in you abs.

I was unable to get the results that I wanted in regards to my physical fitness. I was able to get those results because of the knowledge and experience of my personal trainer Tracy Markley. She is very knowledgeable and was able to personalize a program for me to achieve my goals.Tracy is the best!!
my body is leaner than I have ever had it. I am 47 years old, I look healthy, and I still have a woman's body. This is what I have been looking for now for years. I am exstatic to finally find a trainer with the skills to train woman and not build a bulky man body. I am strong and happy. Tracy is great. Her place is pretty cool too!
Core strength is the best thing I have taught my body. I would have learned it years ago if I only knew. Tracy is the best Core Educator of such I have met. I have done pilates and yoga, but the techniques Tracy uses to get the core muscles strong are above other trainers. I think she should be teaching other trainers to train. It is the best decision I have made for my body. And an added plus to this, I am leaner and have a flat stomach.
I am so happy with my changes and results. I never new a trainer can train me to be lean. All of my life I have been trained to be thick and bulky. Not here. I am strong and toned and lean. I feel stronger than ever because I have strong core muscles. I feel great! She is a awsome trainer!!
I went met Tracy for a free consultation and she explained everything she has to offer. She asked me what I was looking for and she was very positive in saying, "we can do that." During workouts she explains each exercise very well via demonstration and walking through it verbally. She reminds me to tighten the abs, squeeze the glutes, or whatever during the exercises. She reminds me to stretch after each exercise and asks if I need to rest or get a drink of water. She's also tough enough to push me a little further than I think I can push myself, which is the one of the reasons I hired her. Tracy is also personable and it makes working out fun.I moved to Florida and can not go to her any more. I miss her.
