Would NOT go back! All around a bad experience. The person laughed at me that I was nervous to leave my passport with them, yet I found out the following day that they had a break-in the day before I went and 6 passports were stollen. I opted to pay extra to get my visas rushed. They still took 3 weeks and cost me more than double what the girl originally quoted me when I dropped my passport off. Today, when I still hadn't heard back about my passport/visas, I called them and they said, "oh yea, they came in yesterday." So then why didn't you call me!?!? Especially since it says "rush" in your notes. They were dishonest, complacent and overpriced.
