Originally organized in 1982 under the name of JR Consulting, PHI Group is a Nevada corporation that specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory services, and invests in selective businesses and organizations with potential for growth. The company has designed a three-pronged business model that includes acquiring and consolidating undervalued opportunities in selective high-growth industries, acting as an incubator for emerging companies whose production and operational capability can be brought up to speed relatively quickly and owning equity in client-partner companies to align with their long-term interest and help build enduring value. PHI has several subsidiary companies, including Providential Capital, Providential Oil & Gas, Provimex, Provimes-HTV, Touchlink Communications, Advantage Education Group, ATC Technology, Irvine College of Medicine and Science and Tulon Industries.
