Located in Huntington Beach, Calif., Michael E. Rodgers Seniors' Center provides a variety of services and programs for individuals. The center is a multipurpose facility that offers opportunities for community involvement and companionship with a range of social, recreational and educational programs. It provides health insurance and peer counseling, advocacy, legal, information and referral services. Michael E. Rodgers Seniors' Center serves as a venue for conducting arts and crafts, yoga, dance, creative writing and cooking classes. In addition, it is a place for organizing exercise, painting, music and martial arts activities. Michael E. Rodgers Seniors' Center maintains radio, fishing and bridge clubs. The center also has a council on aging, as well as organizes several tours and trips.
