Kevin Melody has been originating mortgage loans in Southern California since 1990. Based in Huntington Beach, Kevin's specialty is helping home buyers obtain purchase-money mortgage loans, and arranging refinances under the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) for owner-occupied single-family homes, condos, manufactured homes, and 2-4 unit residential income properties, as well as vacation homes, rentals and investment property. He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and author of the 2001 book "What Lenders Don't Want You To Know." It is my opinion that the person with whom you ultimately choose to work is your best insurance of obtaining a reasonable deal.
