Dr. Sheppard and his staff are amazing. I was treated so well as i came in shaky and in tears. My cat needed surgery, i was called with an update and he was explained clear detail what he did. Cats doing great. I have to say Dr. Shelpard is such a kind soul he helped me to great lengths. Try this Vet ull be happy, everyone in the office is great.

Dr Sheppard and his staff made my last moments with my companion very comfortable it was tough for me and my family to let go of our 16 year old poodle but the love that we felt at this hospital will always be remembered thank all of you for your care

If you find this hospital, RUN the other way. I can't believe the incompetence of the doctors. It is astounding. To make a long story short, my cat was discharged yesterday with a leg that didn't work, hypothermia and tachycardia...had to take her to ER vets. I am not saying that they are responsible for her problems (im not saying they aren't, either) , but they just left her in a cage and didn't check vital signs or check her IV or anything ALL DAY AND THEN PUTS HER IN HER CRATE AND SENDS HER HOME AND SHE FLOPPED OVER. Who does this? Dr. took xrays and didn't bother to look at the LUNGS on the xray. We had drawn out my cats life with many hospital trips and thousand of dollars when all the doctor had to do was look at the xray HE TOOK.Turned out she had lung cancer! I had no reason to tell a terrible tale and go at your own risk, but highly suggest finding another vet hospital.

The office was clean and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. I found the doctors to be knowledgeable while still being easy to talk to and understand. Both my cat and my dog are patients there as will be any further animals we bing into our home. I highly recommend this vet office.

Although it was easy to get an appointment and there was little waiting time once I arrived, I was a little nervous? the clinic & exam rooms feel like they need a serious update and it's always a little nerve-racking when they spray that much room-deodorizer to disguise the smell. Also, the prices for the shots may be reasonable but I would shop around or re-consider going there if your pet needs any minor/major surgery? my pet had minor surgery and the price was a few hundred dollars more than it should have been. Personally, I will not return to this clinic.
