This park is well maintained, but the park's senior manager is grossly unfair to tenants. Expect him to absolutely ignore any "quiet enjoyment" rights: barg in, order your employees around and completely disrupt your business operation whenever it suits his volitile termperment. Leases are year to year. If one asserts one's legal right to quiet enjoyment against this intrusiveness, one can expect to be denied a renewal the following year. Facile threats of eviction without cause are common place; however, in reality, a tenant has no rights to challenge the landlord for simply denying renewal of the annual lease. Meet the senior manager BEFORE moving in, then carefully consider whether your business would suffer if it was forced to move unexpectedly. I would strongly recommend that any small business simply avoid locating in this business park.
