My friends and I dined at Simpatico recently and we had no trouble getting a desirable reservation time. Restaurant is very nice and guests are not seated on top of each other. When we arrived we were immediately given bread and water and the waiter told us the specials. Appetizers and salads were very good and wait staff was quite attentive. Our main entrees took quite a while to come out. At one point, someone came to our table to tell us that our food should be out shortly. It was a rather long wait. When our entrees arrived, we had to flag down staff for Parmesan Cheese. Seafood/pasta dish was a bit meager and one guest ordered chicken parmesan and it actually came out on a plate with no side at all. Not even a drop of garnish on the plate. When we inquired about the pasta and/or vegetable, the waiter told us it comes with NOTHING! Other entrees all included a side dish. Our service began declining after our meals were received. No one came to refill our water, check on meals, and/or see if we needed anything else. Dessert menu was offered to us and our order came out quickly. Desserts were nothing special and actually were very small in size for the prices they charged. Coffee orders came out AFTER we received and practically finished dessert and then we were left alone on our own. No coffee refills, no plates cleared, and someone wanted to order a different dessert, but our waiter never returned. We had to ask another staff member to ask our waiter for our check because we had already waited a good 20 minutes for him to bring it on his own.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. What more could you ask for. Will be returning soon.

Love this place. Food and service is stellar. I have been to Adrianos and that was wonderful also. Love the fact it's a local spot. Must go!

Unfortunately, Simpatico did not live up to my expectations considering I love Adrianno's at Bustleton and Byberry. Everything is ala carte at Simpatico; I can get the same meal with salad and veggies at Adiranno's and I must say the food is better at the Byberry location. I will try Simpatico again to see if anything has changed since it just opened in November.

Food is amazing! Great service too. I've been to Adriano's Resturant on byberry and bustleton and it's the same owner, so I had a feeling this place would be wonderful as well.

Beautiful place with a warm feel! Really nice staff and most importantly amazing food! We will definitely be back and can't wait for our next meal there!
