These people should not be in business. They have no idea how to fix anything. Their refrain continues to be that the appliances they are hired to fix are “junk” and should be replaced. They are are just plain lazy.

I dealt with a woman named Amanda. She called to confirm the appt for the next day. I was unable to keep the appt since I was getting married and nobody would be at the home to let the technician in. Granted I had already made an appointment earlier in the week which was reschedule within the hour of making it due to nobody be at the house. This is a rental property that I do not live near. Electrolux gave me the number to Baker's to fix appliance under warranty. When I spoke with Amanda I apologized about cancelling again, she literally huffed and puffed on the phone with me. I asked if someone could go out on a particular day and she said no it was booked...understandable. I told her that I needed to get the appliance fixed so I had to use another technician that Electrolux deals with. I gave the number to the tenant to call Bakers back and make the appt herself. She was told that Bakers would not come out to fix the appliance since they showed up already 3 times and noone was home. How did that happen since I never cancelled last minute and gave them time to let the technician no. Amanda was rude and had a poor attitude over the phone, maybe it was because they were making little money off of me since they would be getting paid by the manufacturer of the applaiance...Not the type of business willing to work with people at the same time doing a terrible job of hiding frustration. Will be using Metro from now on.
