Alex was the finance associate that handled my paperwork. She was very personable and got to know me throughout my transaction. She was very consistent and thorough with my paperwork. If she couldn't answer my question, she directed me to someone who would. She has a energetic and lovable personality, which is comforting when making such a big purchase.

This has to be one of the best dealerships in the Charlotte area from sales to service and they have a body shop at the same location everyone is very friendly in all if the departments they want to help you from the moment that you arrive what more can you ask. Thank heaven that Priority Automotive took over this dealership. They are honest and fantastic to deal with. Nothing like the previous ownership.
