This place has it all. From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave you have a great experience thanks to the fabulous & product savy staff. If they don't know about a product, they find someone who does & they don't BS just to get a sale. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS AMAZING! You can bring back used product you didnt like. In the back hidden away is their amazing salon & spa. Every salon pro I have gotten a service from has done a great job, listens to what I ask for & recommends great products for your style. What I like is the fact I can get my hair done and go out & buy the exact products used on me. Every time I go I feel like the only person in the store & the most important guest to them, as I'm sure they make everyone feel like. Their prices are hard to beat & even if they were to become more expensive than some places I would still choose Beauty Brands because they truly care that every person's experience is a good one & thats the kind of place I want to keep in business.
