Founded in 1980, Group Benefit Services is an employee benefit plan administrator in the Mid-Atlantic region. Its services include administration of fully-insured business for small- and medium-sized clients and comprehensive third-party administrative services for employers who self-fund their health plans. It also provides benefit plan consulting, enrollment and eligibility management, premium billing and collections, broker commissions, bonus payment, customer service, information management and integrated technologies. Group Benefit Services has served more than 7,000 clients with custom-designed benefit programs. It has a service network with various insurance carriers, such as Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Coventry and Kaiser. Group Benefit Services maintains a location in Cockeysville, Md.
