They delivered gas automatically without ever telling me such terms or me agreeing to automatic delivery. It then took over a year for them to acknowledge a "will call" request. Even after being put on "will call", they still delivered gas without my consent. It took having them remove the tanks from the property to get them to stop. They then charged me nearly $200 in fees to remove the regulator/tanks. The tanks were on property when I moved in. The last delivery they charged $3.39/gal, which was $0.42/gallon more expensive than EIA averages. Another local supplier is $1/gallon cheaper. Back Mountain Gas DBA as Heller's Gas and Gardner Gas Hauling have horrible business practices. They will deliver gas when the market prices are the highest and still jack the price up. They do not honor their "will call" terms. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General.
