I guess they don't need a lot of business because they never answer the phone or call me back to sign up for their services. This is a very clean facility that clearly cares about dogs. However, I can never get a hold of them. I've tried and tried to call, email, and even showed up. The owner was very rude when I inquired about their lack of service and seems to have a temper when questioned about why my calls and emails were never returned. He's great with dogs but horrible with people! My dogs are always happy and clean coming back from their facility, but I've had to find other kennels more often than not because I can never get a live person to call me back to schedule my pups.

I will never return to this kennel. I went to drop off my dog & my sister's dog for the weekend. Both were 5 months old at the time & it was the first time we left them. I went to drop them off &hand over the paperwork.I had the correct forms for my dog but the owner did not like what I provided for my sister's dog and then got nasty telling me this is why he told us what he needed on the phone.I called our vet who had no problem faxing over correct forms &when I told the owner this he said it had to be emailed &they didn't have fax which my vet found ridiculous that they didn't receive faxes as a " business".I put him on the phone with my vet & he refused to take a verbal that the dog was up to date with shots.At this point he threw them back in their " condo " bc I was holding up other customers. I was crying at this point & he angrily agreed to take them. At pickup, dogs were shaky & upset & my new toys were thrown out bc "the dog pooped on them". No one asked me if that was ok

A wonderful place to socialize your dogs. I began taking my Pitbull puppy and my 10 year old Boxer went along. He's such a sweet dog that he just fit right in with all the commotion of the young dogs, they both LOVE it! They are so exhausted when we get home. Wonderful staff. We are regular customers!!

I will never return to this kennel. When I asked for information on how my dog did, as it was his first night in a kennel..they pretended to get the information and then asked me questions about their website information rather than give me information about my pet. When I asked them to get my pet the owner Mr. Duff got angry at me and delayed getting my Pet. Mr. Duff has a temper and I would not have him around myself or my pet.
