Not a better bang for the buck. Greenside bunkers are grass and no sand exists on the course. Conditions of tee box, fairway and greens are excellent. This course is somewhat short. If you have a reliable tee shot and decent length, you can hit all par 5's in 2 and drive the greens on 4 of the par 4's. The course is young and will experience many changes in the future as recently planted trees mature. I've always played at the local country clubs and as a local public course, you won't be dissapointed. As of this posting, Summer 2008, the peak rate you would be charged is $25.00. With 2 local public courses closing soon for real estate development, I would expect the time to complete a round, currently slightly under 4 hours, to increase dramatically. All things considered a nice day of golf as a very resonable price.
