Provided by YPmobileIt's been 2months of hell.
January 2nd got eyes examined by Dr Parker. She was great. The woman she turned me over to was told I needed polycarbonate and 10mm bifocals. Never told her I wanted Transition lenses. I had to pay $219 plus money from insurance. Only receipt was tape from credit card machine.
Got my lenses in about a week. Bifocals around 14mm and lenses had tint. Wore them a couple weeks and went in to talk to them about it. The tech keep saying tint was normal and I wouldn't be able to see if bifocals lower.
I left feeling like she treated me like an idiot.
A week passed and I finally got a call from manager. She said she would get the right ones. Well March 1st I went to pickup new lenses. They didn't even check the lenses to see if clear.
So I asked for no tint and money back. Was told no by manager. Ask to talk to someone over her and she just stood there and shook her head no.
I would say I got screwed out of $135 and clear lenses.
March 4th. I contacted my insurance company today.
They filed a grievance for me
Probably be a couple weeks before I hear back.
March 8th I finally got the lenses I ordered. Cost me $135.00 plus the insurance company paid $200.00 for basic lined bifocals. Was told I wouldn't get my money back. Contacting insurance again on Monday. Just a hint of insurance fraud. I will see Monday.
I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to them. Go anywhere else.
