This is a clean facility that you will appreciate visiting. Staff are good workers that make you feel individual service is tops! As with any salon, department store or vendor one may visit, there will always be someone new. If you are dis-satisfied with results, Wendy, the Owner, will ensure you leave happy! I got a certificate for Mother's Day from my son for Qnails and It was the best salon that i've ever went, clean, friendly service, i totally disagreed with the 1st comment because its nothing like what i have experienced, they were extremely meticulous with what they do and so proffesional, I strongly recommend anyone to come here, if you are not happy at this salon, you won't be anywhere!

i.e., A local faDon't waste your money! This salon is a horrible excuse for a nail salon business. They screwed up my nails so badly that I had to go back to try to have them fix it. Due to their incompetence they had to redo work multiple times and was still not even adequate when I left. Gel manicure was poorly done, massage was a rough beating, they wash off your lotion after they rub it on(??? that makes sense). Asking for a nail design was almost a foreign concept and was done horribly with old polish which you could tell, and the service was rude beyond belief. What is even worse is the tools probably weren't cleaned in between clients as my technician had to pull something off of it before using it on me. Their selection of polishes are slim, very old, and gross! When I voiced my disatisfaction with their poor workmanship the woman had the nerve to actually mock me to a fellow worker right in front of me and then deny it when I confronted her on it. Yeah, you might be speaking another language but body language is universal! My fixed nails are no better than the first time what a waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want poor service, poor quality and likely a health hazard!
