I shopped in Man Alive at Deerbrook Mall and spent over $160.00. The clothes did not fit and when I tried to return them they gave me a $127.00 store credit note. I could not find anything else that I liked and I am not from Humble, Tx but Little Rock, AR. Little Rock does not have Man Alive and even if they did I didn't want a store credit, I wanted them to place my credit back on the card I used to purchase the items. The clerks are rude and ghetto, I heard the clerk helping me on the phone talking to her girlfriend and using the word "nigg@@" at every turn. This was while customers were in the store! The general manager, who name is Steve Gonzales has put this policy of not allowing you to get your money back, yet this policy was not explained at the time of purchase. I would advise anyone shopping at this ghetto spot not to get anything unless you are sure you want it or else you will be stuck with it.
