The Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers, also known as NeoHealth, is a community partner that provides primary health care to the residents of northeastern Oklahoma. The organization s health centers offer various services, such as family practice, gynecology, pediatric, dental and behavioral health. It provides a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children. The Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers also offers help to pregnant and breastfeeding women and women who recently had a baby. The organization s SoonerCare Choice program includes office visits for primary and preventive care and family planning. With a presence in Hulbert, Okla., it additionally provides 24-hour hospital and emergency care services.
