Formed in 1950, Choctaw Memorial Hospital is a provider of a variety of health care services. Based in Hugo, Okla., the hospital specializes in emergency care, diagnostic imaging, mammography, surgical services, respiratory therapy, physical therapy and many more. It offers its vast client base a wide range of services that include laboratory tests, nursing, human resources (HR), accounting, administration, case management and dietary, among others. In addition, Choctaw Memorial Hospital provides a host of other services, such as housekeeping, materials management and information technology (IT), to name a few.
