Before I came to HealthSource, I kept having recurring headaches and a sore/achy neck. It was hard to sleep at night due to neck pain and also difficult to turn my head while driving. I used to take Motrin and muscle relaxers for my headaches. After coming to HealthSource and having my neck adjusted, exercises and massages, my headaches began to go away. The adjustments really got my neck moving properly and the massages were great for muscle awareness along with relaxing my muscles! The staff here was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. I learned a lot and always enjoy my appointments due to the caring staff.

I had pain off and on in my right elbow for about 5 months and had trouble doing every tasks (brushing my teeth, my hair, using spray bottles, and weeding the garden) I would wake up at night with pain shooting and throbbing in my elbow and radiated up and down my arm. I tried medication and relief creams, but the pain wouldn?t go away. When I came into the clinic, Dr. Carlson taught me stretches and gave me suggestions that would help with my elbow. Dr. Carlson and his staff are very compassionate and caring. The explain everything that they are going to do for you and answer any questions you may have. I recommend Healthsource of Hugo to anyone who wants to be pain free

When I first came into the clinic, my neck was so painful, I had trouble sleeping, turning my head when I was driving. I also had numbness going to my hand which would cause me to have trouble fixing my hair and cleaning. I tried different things; alternated using heat/ice to relieve pain, I even took 800 MG of ibuprofen at least twice a day! Coming to the clinic and talking with Dr. Carlson who helped give me knowledge and specific things to do that would help me. I feel I better understand my body more than I did before.
When I first came in, I had constant burning pain in my hip. After the first couple of steps from walking, it would be very painful. I also had pain and limited movement in my neck and shoulders. After my second visit at HealthSource, with the adjustments and trigger point massage, I no longer had the burning pain in my hip. It was amazing! Jane
