Mid Valley Nut Company is a family-owned walnut processing business, established in 1970. Located in the heart of the California central valley, Mid Valley Nut Company acts as a grower, processor and shipper of walnuts. Its plant in Hughson, Calif., is equipped to pack cello packages, vacuum packs, cases and sacks under Mid Valley or customers own label. Its sister company, California Valley, focuses on bagging and rebagging walnuts, dried fruit and nuts for the domestic and international markets. In addition to walnuts, California Valley also packs and sell dried fruits and various nuts.
