We, Conrad and Tina Euwema, picked out our unit at "Waterford Place" from the blueprint; 2 years before they started to build. Today, after 4 years living here, we still love it here very much. We made new friends and have all the conveniences we can wish for. Our children were not burdened with choosing a place for their elderly parents. We made the wise decision while we were still able to. Now we are at an ideal place for carefree living!

My mom and dad just moved into Waterford Place and love it very much. There are events and activities every day, home-made meals, transportation and they are meeting new friends. They made this decision on their own and us kids are so happy they did. If they need help someone is there all day, everyday. They can even transition into assisted living if they ever need to. We are 100% happy!
