I used to feel Dykstra's was the best place to take my vehicle for service until recently. Recently I took my Honda Odyssey to them to have the struts replaced. Needless to say they have had my van 5 full days and I still have problems. The most recent trip ended with them having it all day only to tell me they needed to order parts and I would have to bring it back again. They have done this 2 other times for this one strut job. Never again. I won't be going back. I told them to keep the parts and I'll take it somewhere else. Some place that honor's their appointments and cares about the sacrifices people make in order to bring their car in for service and be without it for an entire day. This means I may need to pay more, but I'm hoping to get it fixed right.

They consistently diagnose the problem correctly before the repairs begin, fix the problem on their first attempt, and complete the service when they say it will be done.No surprises!I now tell them to "Just Fix It" when I bring in one of my cars for service!Dave and Janna S. - Hudsonville
