I have moved from Hudson, Wi to Kennewick, WA. I have been trying to access my checking account on line and am not able to do so. I've called the credit union to make sure that I was following the instructions, talked to a rep there and still have not been able to access my account. The recording on the phone is very difficult to understand at times and I've been given a number of passwords to use but still unable to view my account. Is there someone there who can help me? Please??? At this point I would find it very difficult to refer anyone to Westconsin CU.
