At Receivables Market, Co., we provide an online marketplace for approved Sellers of Accounts Receivable to post their Receivable invoices for purchase by Buyers who are looking to invest in solid Accounts Receivables. The Buyer is typically an institutional investor such as a bank, hedge fund manager, or venture capitalist. U.S. corporations, once approved may also become Buyers. A Seller, once approved, can post as little as one Receivable or more. It is the Seller’s decision. A Buyer, once approved, can bid to purchase one or more Receivables at anytime. It is a simple and transparent process where everyone wins. The Seller can select which accounts receivable or, receivables to sell and will significantly increase their cash flow and boost their working capital. The Buyer can decide which Receivable or Receivables to invest in thereby making a Profit. As the intermediary, Receivables Market, Co. earns a nominal Administrative fee for providing this service.
