Established in 1978, LifeCenter Plus is a full-service health and fitness center. Located in Hudson, Ohio, it provides a range of amenities, as well as classes and programs for its members. The center features a fitness department, outdoor aquatic center, rock climbing wall, pro shop, indoor track, courts and pools. Its fitness department provides more than 180 group exercise and fitness programs each week and features cardio and strength-training equipment and spinning bikes. LifeCenter Plus also includes yoga, Pilates, tai chi and cardio and spinning studios. It offers Kid s club fitness programs and Zumba and Latin Aerobics programs, which are dance-inspired kickboxing classes. The center also provides childcare services for children from infants through 12 years. LifeCenter Plus has a skilled staff of massage therapists and offers men s and women s saunas and steam rooms. It also offers private clubs on a rental basis for hosting various events, such as pool parties and wine and beer tasting shows.
