Meikyo Dojo offers classes in Kyokshin Karate, a traditional system of Japanese karate. We emphasize both the traditional aspects as well as modern self-defense applications. Consistent training in the dojo can yield many benefits including: improved strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility and self-discipline. These mental and physical gains are easily applied to everyday life.
