This is the noisiest building I have ever lived in. I am on the top floor and am awakened almost nightly by the noise from the downstairs apartment and the one next door. Some people are ignorant. Some people sign a lease for 1 and have half a dozen people coming and going. I live here as it is relatively cheap in the area, but it is impossible to work from home as there is noise 24/7. Snow cleaning was a debacle this past winter, with cars buried under three times as much snow as actually fell. Lights are out all over the parking lots, despite having reported some of them last fall. The wheelchair ramp to the smaller building was a sheet of ice for over a month, with a deep puddle freezing over, making even walking people at risk. The noise is the worst. It is mostly banging, slamming, and some kids running wild. There are many nice people and families here, but there are lots of people who are just plain rude and inconsiderate. Go elsewhere.
