I would d like to tell you, but I'm really speechless. I am SO appreciative of what you are doing for me. I'm thankful, happy, and extremely impressed with how you are taking care of me. This is something that you don't even have to do. I was not expecting anything like this. You really made my day. When I first bought my scooter from you I recall that your folks bent over backwards to make sure I got what I needed at a really good price. And with what you're are doing now it shows that you have a great care for the customer, attitude that is ingrained in everything you do. I can't thank you enough for replacing my scooter. It means a lot to me.

They have been able to answer every question I have had for them in a matter of minutes and gave me very helpful advice.
