Automated appointment line is so messed up! Have to repeat, repeat, repeat and they still don't get it right. It is extremely aggravating. System needs to be checked! Always have trouble making appointments. Constantly says "I'm sorry, I did not understand" until it finally hangs up. Needs checked and updated. Aggravating. and makes you want to switch to another lab.
