I wouldn't even give this place the 1 star really. Pest Control, Lawn service, Maintenance are all pretty much non-existent. Nearly all of the trailer are over 30 years old, as well as the appliances that come with it. Management is never really around when you need them. Supposedly on the grounds when in reality, they're hanging out with their friends and family that they moved into the trailer park. They try to advertise as a great place for families. Then look at all of the crime that STILL goes on in the neighborhood. Not so great. I paid all my rent on time, not late even once, constantly cleaned the "home" and still had issues with insects invading the place, and things like small repairs and major ones too. God help you when (not if, but when) your AC needs to be repaired in the scorching summer, you might as well move out. Just stay clear of the place. For as much money as they want to charge for these units, they have hidden fees that they don't tell you about up front.
