Called on a Tuesday for fork bushings and they had them. Ask them to hold until Friday when I could pick them up and they said they could. Asked if I had to pay now, they said no. I call Friday to make sure they have them, come to find out they sold them Thursday. They won't be getting any more of my business. Don't tell a customer you can do something if you can't.

Ripped me off , brought my older model atc in for estimate on what was wrong with it and get useful information on how to get it running, they kept the bike for 3 days and said that I needed to order out dater /obsolete parts that are not needed nor made anymore then tried to charge me full estimate price/ ended up paying 40 bucks and they could not even tell me the problem with my machine and claimed it was too hard to pull, I went back for full refund but they refused to give me money back for telling me nothing I didn't already know, go somewhere else if you need work done like Faulkner or Honda in Clearwater maybe they have better service mechanics . Total rip offs here ended up fixing the bike myself that they couldn't even pull the start string

Had a fork seal go out on gold wing 1400 miles from home, called on friday and they said they could get it in tues. Morning. Got there when they opened on tues and was told might get it in later in the week.

really lazy service dept. Poor customer service. Had a bad tire on a brand new goldwing and they wouldnt honor warranty. Took it to west coast powersports and they fixed it immediately.
