Welcome! My goal is to provide exceptional child, adolescent, and adult mental health services through play therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy. I am dedicated in helping families, couples, and individuals create innovative solutions for challenging behaviors and needs. Research has confirmed that the most important factor in the effectiveness of counseling is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I strive to build an atmosphere of trust, confidence, and mutual respect in which children, adolescents, families, and adults can heal. My manner is warm and non-judgmental, yet honest and practical. I am interactive, and try to make my counseling sessions feel much like a confidential conversation with a trusted mentor. My office is private and comfortable, like a family room in someone's home.
