Mid-State is a leading contractor in the Home Performance with Energy Star program. Mid-State recognized that the building standards set by the Building Performance Institute were going to become the gold standard in the contracting industry many years ago. We began the long difficult task of becoming a certified contractor in 2007. Today we are a Building Analyst, Building Envelope, Heating & Air Conditioning Certified Contractor. We are a one stop shop and can provide you with air sealing, insulation, heating, air conditioning, health and safety repairs among many others.
