When we picked up our dog we saw how well he listened to them but as we got home he has for sure been more aggressive and is trying to be more dominate in our family. He shows his teeth snaps his jaw all the time. We still have the collar on and when we go to pull the collar he goes to bite us. He has non stop shown his teeth and is very aggressive now. And I called once to tell them what's going on they said we aren't doing something right bring him in for an hour training to go over things. But here the thing I don't like while they put me on hold for advaiblity I'm guess they just put the phone down and not the hold button because I heard them talking about another dog who was trying to eat some kind of food but they didn't want him eating it. So the lady said just get the zapper. So clearly there is some kind of zapper being used. This is probably why my dog came home fearful and more aggressive toward everyone.

Dan and his staff are the best!!! I have used them for over 13 years and its still the same people there. My dog goes for visits all the time, and when he sees the manager and Dan he get so happy!! He starts getting excited as soon as we pull in. He loves them and its obvious that they love him as well. Will use them again for our new puppy next month, after hes old enough...Thanks Guys you are the best!!!!!
We have used Dan Gentile twice in 2 years and have been extremely satisfied both times! We recommend him to anyone who asks about training their new dog!! What he does is not simply training but true behavior modification, for the owners as well as the dog!! Helping to break bad habits that the humans of the home create, he teaches that your dog will only do what you allow them to... Also because having dogs of any size with children in the home, training is essential. Our girls have been taught the proper commands and our dogs are even submissive to them!! Anyone that thinks Dan is abusive has obvious issues with treating dogs like dogs. They are animals & need to be treated as such! Of course they should be loved, cared for, excercised and feed properly but still treated like an animal. My dogs came back happy & obedient. They are very social, they love life but are now well mannered!! And if you think the collar is mean, completely false, do some research. Thanks Dan for everything!

I agree with this person. I believe my dog was abused while at Gentile's. He is still fearful of people to this day. I wish I had never sent him. He had on a spike collar and we were talked into buying it for him. I was shocked when I went to pick him up and saw the collar on him, I threw it away when I got home. I don't believe in how dogs are trained at Gentile's and I have talked to a few other people who feel the same way.

My dog spent 2 weeks at Dan's center has been a pleasure to have in the house now. He used to jump and knock over my kids and their friends. We couldn't have company anymore. Now that he's been trained; he is so good around the kids and the elderly. I cant get over what a difference they made at the training center. thank you and kudos!!!! I brag about you to everyone.

Second dog I sent to Dan in 15 years and both times he did a wonderful job. My lab was trained by Dan years ago - couldn't walk on a leash and was totally hyper. She came back a happy and well trained girl that walked on a leash just fine after that....I just sent by 6 month old 65 pound puppy to Dan for training and absolutely love him. She is a sweet girl but very mouthy and jumps and since we expect her to grow to about 120 lbs and have kids, we needed her under control - she is a changed girl, as well. Polite, gentle no more mouthy behavior and no more jumping. Both dogs were physically and mentally happy afterward!! In fact, my old dog loved going there for sleep overs and trotted happily every time we dropped her at the facility. Can't say enough. Dan is fabulous!

I had my dog to the center. She came home 10lbs lighter (she weighed 21), not knowing her name, not knowing who I was, she was scared to death of my family members and friends, had some sort of infection on her paws and what appeared to be a broken rib (unconfirmed). And her teeth had been cleaned without my consent and without the sedation that our vet said was mandatory. Overall, I was not satisfied and spent weeks trying to get her back to normal. I would NOT recommend this facility. If I had to do it over, I would not send her there. The trauma was not worth it.
